Meet Kate, Jack, Cora, Peter, Mei, and
George, the six dollhouse dolls that
make up our set. Our dollhouse dolls are
lovingly hand-sewn fabric dolls that are
stuffed with cotton and beads to make
them soft and cuddly. In order for them
to stand up and create fun walking
sounds, a wooden button is sewed at the
bottom of each dollhouse doll. Our
dollhouse dolls are functional and
durable for your little one to take
anywhere.

Shipping:
Once an order is placed, please allow 2
business days, excluding holidays, for the
order to be packed and shipped from our
warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an
update email with your tracking number so you
can track the progress of your order. Please
allow 24-48 hours for your tracking link to
begin showing results. All orders,
including
express shipments, placed on
Fridays or weekends will be shipped the
following Monday.
If your order includes a back-ordered item it will ship on the date shown in the product description. We ship via UPS and only use USPS for PO Boxes.
Contiguous U.S. shipping is a flat rate of $8. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $100 USD with code FREESHIP100 entered at checkout. Unfortunately, we do not cover any taxes/duties that may apply to international orders.
Returns:
We offer a 30-day happiness guarantee so if you don't love your order, contact [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Domestic return labels are subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The remaining refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your returned package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
